Cooperation at equal level - co-creation instead of top down instruction
Another key aspect of my work is that I don't see myself as an external expert giving advice top down. Instead, I work together with companies - as a team in co-creation. This is the only way to find solutions that not only make sense, but will also realistically be implemented.
Every company is different - and that's a good thing!
